No-one will be able to hack you from a generic class C IP address shown, so I presume that was for a laugh.
Not relying on AVs - of course you shouldn't! They're only as good as the list of known malwares they scan for. Obviously it's a program that can be reversed engineered by anyone wanting to get around it.
