Not even close to true.. if she looks away it is because she has been properly socialized and is politely sending you a calming signal. If she freezes and give you a hard stare..look out!

A dog is either working for something, or working against an adversive. There is nothing wrong with using food as long as you immediately fade the lure immediately as showin in the video to occasional rewards, or using tug, the environment...etc. P.S. Rottweilers can grow in height first, then later fill out in the head and body.

This is cheating and bribing the dog. It is always effective but you can only fool yourself! The dog laying down because she is following your hand and assuming you have food in your hand. The dog is NOT laying down because you want her to lay down! You can use this method to train a bird. A dog is a mammal and can do much better.

rotts expect something back when they do for u. food is a good way to teach a dog. u make no sense saying its not. im not sayin thats the only way, but it is one way. u sound like an abusive owner and train mean dogs
