All you need to do is watch the tapes of Lakers - Portland and Lakers - Sacramento series in 2000 and 2003 ( or whatever the year was )When Shaq can rip Sabonis' head with his elbow ( on purpose ) twice each quarter and gets called for 2 fouls total in 3 games ( games 2,3,4 ) while all of the Portland big guys foul out, even though almost all of the contact on every play was initiated by Shaq.Games and careers are fixed to increae tv ratings and sell jerseys.
