u can use judo ....(krav maga wasnt made for the mosad but it was invented in ww2 by a czech bower to help the jews defend themselfs)

the question i have is what if you're at a party and your drunk friend or relative is getting out of hand and you have to subdue him? you don't want to kill him or put him in the hospital. can you take these strikes down a notch if you have to?

Yes. That is exactly what I meant. Puss out rather than cross up... To the intelligent: It is just as easy to scoop the other direction and step through for a straight on hit rather than crossing up and compromising yourself.

Obviously Krav Maga is an effective martial art since the Israeli army (probably the best trained army in the world) is still training not only their regular foot soldiers, but also their elite spec-ops in krav maga. Therefore I should think that many of these techniques have been field tested at some point or other (as the Israeli army has seen a LOT of action over the past few decades). |
