It looks like a KAC Stoner Rifle SR-25. It is based on the m16 but not the same at all. Since this is probably back in 2004 -05 its been replaced by the M110 SASS. But im just guessing ;) ah I just fouind this "Up to 60% of parts of the SR-25 are interchangeable with the AR15/M16 "

That gun looks like a m16 with an high scoop and a RIS grip to it. can that gun realy be cassified as a sniper rifle?
