the clock kept moving after mike bibby got that 3 through the net. the clock should be about 1.9

This is stupid. The hawks won only because its was played on their home court. If u look closely, at around 4:00 to 4:20, u can see that the game clock started even before tj ford had the ball, when tj was suppose to have the ball, it should be 0.5 sec left not 0.4 sec left. NBA made is big mistake.
