In the PC game System Shock 2, you play as a soldier taken out of stasis on board the spaceship Von Braun. The game has a very creepy and scary atmosphere as you fight your way through the numerous enemies. This is the games shining moment, and is easily one of the most shocking moments in all of gaming.

That scene (from Bioshock if you didn't know) was probably one of the most profound and intense scenes in a game I've seen in a long time. I don't want to spoil it though but I thought it was brilliant.
