ive seen people move that fast with their feet.... plus you should look at the bar at the top.... how it fluctuates.... showing he isn't getting everything.......so IF it is impossible to get one hundred percent it isnt impossible to pass the song..

too all you who say it's impossible to dance this way... this is stepmania, you use your fingers on the keyboard. and no its not impossible,this song is quite easy actually.. cept for the parts where you have to press the same arrows repeteadly.
