LOL, you can't copyright having an already created technology in your system, thats like saying, Canon copied Kodak because Kodak had SD cards in their cameras first! Fool. And the button layout? WTF, it isn't the same, you could say Sony copied Nintendo with the PS1 control and the Super Nintendo control.

no, xbox introduced the idea back in 2003 when they started plans on 360. when was the PSP introduced? also it's in the center where the xbox symbol was on the original xbox controllers.

Elite comes with 120GB HDD, HDMI and is different CPU process -65nm so if it costs 80 bucks more I'd call it a bargain!

PS3 will get arse raped by Wii60 by the end of this generation. Oh and to all of you talking about stolen ideas, the D-Pad was stolen from Nintendo by nearly everyone. Just like how the Nintendo 64 Analouge Stick was stolen by Sony in the 5th generation. My conclusion: PS3 SUCKS BALLS!!
