It is great for desert living but New England? And, what does one do to an existing 1870's home and cost for systems and installation?

Nice, but I'd like to see ideas for how to build whole cities or at least suburbs with this same approach. One or two cool houses in the middle of nowhere isn't going to save the world.

I't a nice looking home but... i rather prefer this tires and cans converted to something else, and not scatered in our deserts for many years. "Adobe" and "Wood" are natural materials, and will return to earth in less than a hundred years.Sorry for my English.
