They are the same thing. The only things different are the stock and the foregrip.

The Tokyo Marui will give you about the same range of the JG if the hop-up is adjusted correctly. However, if the hop-up bucking gets destroyed, then you will lose basically all accurate range. I would say that the Tokyo Marui would be better just because of their reputation and simply because it's Tokyo Marui.

It does not come with the gun but it is easy to change MP5 foregrips.
