April Fools joke setup up by those guys and gals at Konami working on MGS4, parodying Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed. At the time it was thought to be nothing more than a bit of fun on Konami's and Ubisoft's side; turns out you can unlock the costume, good luck with that and enjoy.
