Who came up with this? there's no way to emulate the Dreamcast at full speed using the PSP! I mean the PSP only has 133mhz more of CPU than the Dreamcast itself and it only has 16mb more of ram...the PSP would have to be at least somewhere around 1-2ghz and have like 512mb of ram at least to run the emulator at decent speed.
