London has one good thing in it & that's a big blue sign that says M1 NORTH......it gives you hope as you flee the rat race down there........god it's grim up north, but it's heaven compared to the south.

I now live in the north east and I don't like it, I want to move back to the M62 corridor. I find people form east County Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle rude, unfriendly and lack basic skills like saying 'thank you'. They also think they are 'hard' yet there is just about no crime up here - they would notlast 10 minutes in Leeds or Manchester.
