The laws of physics were not violated. The first ball bearing accelerates at an increasing rate until it strikes the magnets. The momentum is transferred from magnet to magnet to ball to ball to ball... in nearly elastic collisions. By the time the momentum reaches the last ball, there's not much of a magnetic field holding it, so it shoots off. If the last ball were smaller, it would shoot off even faster.
