This video shows what kind of sociopathic scum cops are. The cops are cheering that a lady who broke no law is shot with a rubber bullet in the face. Look at the video of the guy in the wheelchair who gets dumped by a fat pig woman cop and you'll see another cop laughing. The woman in handcuffs who was arrested in Louisiana and beaten by a cop, said that when she woke up in a pool of blood, the cops were all snickering and laughing. These "COCKROACHES" all have about 50 I.Q. points on cops.

she was in front of riot police i mean wtf get out of the way or be shot its that simple. it was non-lethal force so why is she complaining of excessive use of force. excessive use of force is actual guns or tasers in that situation. lets think about it she was shot once then continued to screw around in front of riot police, does anybody think that is smart?

M#, understood but at the same time, many of the unsaid countries you speak of dont have a Constitution protecting the basic rights of its citizens. Just a little something to think about there. The Use of Force Continuum dictates that this woman was no more of a threat then the predictably ignorant commentary here by some who think stuff like this is actually awesome! LOL

Thing07, exactly what Im talking about. Its people like you that forces states to make Officers get an education before they get on the force. Otherwise one gets a pointless jackass who thinks violating peoples basic human rights is a cool thing! Sure its awesome, until its you, someone youre related to, or someone you care about who gets blasted!
