I have a ps3 and love it, as I saw this video I noticed that he said ps3 does not up-scale movies to 1080P well it does, and blu-ray plays the same as the hd-dvd except it does not scratch which is a big bonus on the games.

Doesn't play the games and all the precessing/scaling for gameplay and movie playback is done by the Xbox 360 itself. Think of it as a drive and nothing else. The 360 can scale the games to 1080p weather you the have drive or not. but for $50 if you can find it is a great deal.

does the hd dvd play the games and make them look any better I was just wondering I know hd dvds lost but since they are cheap I was wondering if I got one and pu a game in it would it play it at 1080p or will it still look like the other 1080i

im so bord with the xbox 360 i ask around and people say call of duty 4 is the best game!but what else?they just say erm iv got a wii and thats good or im going to get gta4 i dont like gta games so i feel stuffedi liked gun that amazed me im still waiting for res 5 but i feel so disappointed with 360what is the difference in quality with hddvd to normal dvd? is any better from the sofa?i might just wait for nintendos next console that will be great im sure

It's to bad for 360 owners that they stoped making HD DVD's! I've hear thought that they are talking to Toshiba about there BlueRay technology!

HD-DVD is dead but the Drive is very Cheap, last week i buy it for ca. 20 Euros!
