may he rest in peace (Allah rahmet eylesin) I was hoping to see them in Istanbul this year, I regret thousands more that I couldn't do it last year...

I think you misunderstood me: I love and respect the artistry of Keith Jarrett. There is nothing wrong with reinventing the standards as his trio has done so faultlessly and thankfully he is keeping tradition alive. But that is exactly why groups like EST, and other modern jazz groups have assisted in balancing this issue out; they are taking jazz into the future rather than keeping it stuck 60 years in the past like an old relic at a museum.

Bottom line is the Jazz Police need to fuck off and die so those of us who are true music lovers, not genre or specific musician lovers, can enjoy the music without being told that we're telling lies or that we're musical idiots because we have the critical thinking skills to discern the pros and cons of each ensemble. And Justino111 is the sweetest guy in the world! Really I love you buddy!!

Good. I had stopped the discussion weeks ago!! If people READ my very first comment, and if they - especially those who do not know much of other musicians doing this kind of music - are humble enough to accept other people's opinions, they will realize that I did not start the discussion and I was not disrespectful either to this clip or to the sad events that caused most of the people to write messages.

Whatever, man. I really don't think that any further arguing is going to do anything other than upset us further, so I just want to respectfully ask you to stop saying things that go against the general mood of this board. Its only going to start more useless fights.
