..perfectly executed technique can't make up for a paltry amount of muscle; it's physics not an opinion.Technique can only make a large muscle mass more efficienct & vicious

Check out Carl Richards and young Juan Marques if you want to see some freaky biceps!

everything these people do is growing muscles, they can't fight, they can't box, unless they have gone under training ! A friend of mine has gone karate training for 7 years, and his got strong body, and he's a good fighter, he knows the techniques of fighting !!

no they come also from the triceps the hips and legs are to create conective linking of energy to punch hard you need to work on the triceps. the biceps are good for grappls

true but a strong back and strong forearms help

no, power comes from technique, not muscle
SirosTV (July 20, 2008 at 2:33 am)
Punching power comes from the hips and legs, bulky arms normally slow down a persons glove speed.

no. Large muscle size does not equal greater strength. he would still have to specifically train for boxing to strengthen his punches.

if this guy was to take up boxing, would he punch hard?
