you should worry about the OS & the other stuff you already have on the one you already have installed on the laptop now... make bake ups of the software (bla bla bla) on an external or save on something else... to install it on a laptop isnt really hard just make sure the motherboard can handle it & u have a lot of patience when ur transferring all the data... have fun and take ur time put it in remember its a laptop...very fragile

I have two questions, the first is that my old laptop's(windows 98-2000) screen sometimes turns white no message or anything it just turns white is that something that can be fixed?and my 2nd question is where do you go to get a memmory upgrade that will fit windows 98-2000?
