I went to school in the uk when you still had corporal punishment I was caned and it worked when they stopped corporal punishment the school turned into a zoo , even if you wanted to learn you couldnt because of the actions of other children .I have friends who were caned to who would tell you its really works

this also happens in middle schools in singapore and at my home in singapore and even if i am 11 i must say it works after my frend got canned and now he studies harder and does not fight or steal in school it does not matter what age you are you will get canned but its for your own good
