They aren't too bad. I have to gripe about the Tuners though... They dont stay in tune AT ALL. I have to reset them every time I TRY to play it. I bought it off eBay for 100 bucks, and I'm planning to sell it for $1,000 because I got it refinished and setup. Plays like a Ibanez now. Almost lol.

Indeed, although a good guitarist will sound much better with a top of the line guitar. :] Not to mention that he/she will probably enjoy playing that guitar more so then a cheap one. I love the feel of my maple neck on my fender telecaster.

Anyone that wants to challenge my claim can contact me n we'll arrange it if its possible. My lil samick can stand up with the big boys any time, any place. As for the whole good guitarist makin anything sound good..... Bull****! A shit guitar is a shit guitar! If the woods cheap n light, and the pickups are badly wound or just in bad nick in general then no matter who plays it, its gonna sound bad! End of story!

You all dont know shit bout guitars if thats what you think. I've a Samick Les Paul Copy that was bought cheap - because it was cheap. A few bucks more put into it (new pickups, frets n machineheads) Now I can say without any shadow of a doubt that its easily as good as anything Fender or gibson or bc rich or any major manufacturer can produce from ANY of their lines. All in it cost about £300 irish. The lowest offer I've had for it is £1500 irish. Go figure!

This proves that its not about the guitar. Its about the guitarist. A good guitarist can make any guitar sound great. A bad guitarist will make every guitar (even a top of the line axe) sound bad.

No, if its a first act guitar then its a first act and nothing else. Gibson and fender dont collaborate with eachother and especially not with first act.
