Good workout! I'm completely out of breath. I'll try doing this every day and see the results. Just living in Japan has not been enough for me to loose weight so why not try something Japanese scientists came up with?

I hate asking for advice on here but...I do yoga every other day and an intense work-out between those. I need carido and I've been reading that you need at least 30 minutes a day...would this work-out be enough or should I do it several times a day to get the 30?

ok so I did this work out every day for 14 days and I lost 9 pounds!! I made sure I ate healthy, no junk food and didnt eat after 8 pm..and now im 9 pounds thinner yay :) |
