I did it so easy as child..Often think about it and where I went.. First time just floated out my bed to the ceiling..I thought Holy moly.. Next few days down the stairs ..t Then one night as it snowed outside..I floated thru the window into the snow but felt no coldnes just afeeling of lightness..

You dont need to get naked or fast just so you can astral travel. Remember when we were kids we astral traveled with no problem at all. Then some where along the way between jobs and babies and broken marriages. Most of us forgot. But i believe through medetation, we can learn to clear our minds and start remembering again.
