High distortion on singles will always make noise. Indeed, boss products arent that great (except those from ~1980, i.e. my ds-1 is waaay more hmm "crystal" than those muddy from japan - or china, not sure). But still, I think Big Muff (and even Metal muff on proper settings) sounds just great. When i played on muff products on humbuckers, I realy liked them, but those here on YT sound just... bah, I already said how it sounds ;).

it the natural thing when u add more distortion let alone treble, you will get more noise, its a fact. one possible reason that the pedal sounded bad was because the recording wasnt done well, anyways not everyone will like every pedal out there, like i really dont like the Boss wah pedal, but im sure that there is someone out there who loves it.

Learn what's sarcasm, thats the first. Cant You hear that niose?!(thats the only word in which I made mistake). I won't negate that he's good at playing, but that sound was just horrible. If you don't see that that sound is without character, its rubbish, with no clarity, just a big mess with bounch of shattered tones - than you're probably extraordinary person without audio feel. Not an insult, and I don't care what you will say, just prove I'm wrong, one prove, and I'll change my mind.
