Arnel is a good singer . But people have hyped it way too much . They say he's the best singer ever . Better frontman etc .Journey needed a copy of Perry to play the hits. So they hired a cover singer that sounds like him. Plain and simple.

road to success??this group hit a road block when they lost perry and have struggled ever since and now journey is basically a welfare rock band with crapineda leading the way...way to go schonn i think the drugs really fucked you up there old pal..

he can sing faithfully pretty good, (they do play it half a step down) but he just can't hit the notes on this one.

If you don't just love this Arnel Pineda you have no soul. Great voice, great story. This guy is the real deal and yes he may sound like Steve Perry but he can sing not only the Journey songs but what a voice, and bye the way after all these years is strickly Arnel. It's a hit.

If not for Arnel we'd still be buying the Now CD's instead of seeing Journey in concert. Arnel is great!!!!!
