wrestling requires more from the human body than football. they both require heart and determination, but in my oppinion, wrestling is harder on you physically/mentally than football, assuming you have to cut weight.but football is much more fun :)

Spoken like someone who has never wrestled. I was a football player and a wrestler. You have to be tough to do both, but to be a good wrestler requires a certain degree of insanity that is never found on a football team.
