And rightfully so. she knew what she was doing and she knew the shit she would get from doing it and she didnt care. To her its all about the money.Not the game.I bet her family is pleased.Theres still hard feelings about the the old game when the US got screwed by russian officials who gave the Russian tema 3 chances to win a gold medal game several olymipcs ago.I dont feel sorry for her.The olympics are supposed to be about national pride and playing for your country.not for your bank account

I just watched a spot on ESPN about her. She signed up for the Russian team before teh list was ever put out. ANd when the later expanded the list to 30 her name was on it. Plus the Russian team is paying her to play. She still refused to play for the US team. And in her own words they are paying me to play. THE US OLYMPIC players dont get payed,She even admited that she would not have played for the us team because she would not have been payed to play. Thats why shes getting so much flack.
