One hell of great song Writer , as well as an intlligent human being?Roger Waters is clearly one of the smartest aging rock stars around? I don't necessarily agree with his politics, But, he always makes a good point!

He is a very talented guy..but also a very surly and egotistical one. Great song writer...cool, edgy voice...serviceable bass player...but a total JAG. I don't blame Gilmour for not wanting to deal with him...as much as it pains me.

I think Roger fired Rick because of cocaine abuse, not taking into consideration that ''Dark Side..'' was mostly Roger + Rick. Being a leader changes you as a person.

I would like to think hes changed. for sure. I can't say I think of him as a "Victim" of any sort at this point though. Thats just my opinion of course. All I know is that Roger fired Rick. How can Roger even think that he can fire Rick? Is he the boss or something? Its too bad Rick had such emotional issues.

Yeah it's terrible that he had to be such a bad personality. I wonder how much he's changed if much. The bully always plays the role of victim when things come to light.

Brilliant musician with Floyd and some of his solo stuff (Amused to Death). Writes amazing lyrics weather I agree with them or not. I can not believe how much whinning he can do over his fathers death in WWII would he have been such a great musician if Hitler had won? Maybe he would have written better music with that kind of opression if he was allowed too? He was educated well as a child. But I guess we dont need no education. Other than that he is the greatest song writer of the 20th century.
