i have herpes zoster and i am only 14, i only have like 3 scars on my chest. but the odds were 2 small, even if you had chicken pox the probailities of having ozter are if youa re over 60, but i have it cause i was always tense and most of the time sick, so my defenses whent down and i have it now, the scars can go off, but not the sickness, the sickness is for always with you, but it can be treated, so that it only appears 2 times a year, and can go away in 2 weeks. just be relax,

u are far more likely to get it when your older like in ur sixties but u can get it whenever ur immune system is weakened say from having another infection, to much alcohol, sleep deprivation, stress... anything that can weaken the immune system. The younger u get it usually the more mild the symptoms. however u can get it more than once. I got it when i was 18 and the symptoms were very mild.
