yeah, they're doing another metal gear title. a series like this can't stop right after it really took off as the definitive single-player experience (which i kinda felt it always was). personally, i'd like too see one with either: 1. the boss, the woman who started the whole saga, 2. ocelot, who was probably most complex character through it all, or 3. raiden's actions between 2 and 4... find out what made him such a badass!

There IS another mgs coming. go read the articles and check. And to me MGS can never go old. I still like the first one and this one was VERY awesome. I just wish there was a bit more gameplay, maybe as raiden or liquid snake or otacon or anyone really...

I really doubt there will be an addition to the Metal Gear Solid Series - MGS4 was designed to be the final chapter in the series. However you might want to check out the Metal Gear Solid movie that is supposedly being released in 2009. Easy to find information on the movie from google. By the way, this game rocks!
