this is poopy, you cant use this unless you have trained over and over and over and even after extensive practice, in a real event, you would be nervous and have adrenaline pumping through you, your brain would just shut off, your moves would be primal and off key, it takes a great deal of strength and mental concentration to execute this in a real life situation without getting hurt.

In the movie it seems to be easy..but in real situation I think it's very difficult for an untrained person to do that.
