I smell the evil ilk of Bilderberg Group & CFR member Rupert Murdoch."The most powerful clique in these elitist groups have one objective in common -- they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty of the national independence of the United States. A second clique of international members in the CFR comprises the Wall Street international bankers and their key agents. Primarily, they want the world-banking monopoly from whatever power ends up in the control of global government.

I heard this act was in a 180 degree in the opposite direction to what it portrays. I heard that it gives more power to the ISP's to regulate and restrict the content you try to access based on a dollar value. I hope it gets amended or tossed out imo.

I may be from Canada bu that doesn't make me unaffected.I have to say that the telco's have a good point. Their bottom dollar is being jeopardized and a with AT&T's measly $1.9 billion net income in Q4 of 2006 (a tiny 17% increase over the previous quarter) I don't know how any of them manage to stay in business.NET NEUTRALITY IS KILLING THE TELCO'S!!!And for those who can't detect sarcasm, this was an example. ;)
