First pull the piece up. Then fold the front leg double (at 2:19). At 2:28 you can see which part of the piece is folded double on the front leg. At 2:19 you can see I have the CORNER of the loose piece in my right hand. At 2:22 you can see where this corner must come: A bit on the right of the left side of the back-leg.I hope this helped you a bit.
