This is some of the best instruction for "free" available any where! If you simply apply this short video you will be spot on in many ways. The compound this was filmed at looks a lot like Blackwater USA. TJ is completely professional an excellent instructor.

Wow, I've been shooting like he suggested just based on what felt right and what worked. I'm self taught when it comes to firearms, so it's nice to know I'm actually using them correctly.

he uses competition guns and a smaller load than you might use out on a range I'm guessing; from the sound of it. pop pop pop, instead of the usual bang bang bang from a .45 that may explain the difference you see with this video. Cause shooting is a lot harder than he makes it looks.
